Looks like these demons have trained their teamwork. One demon slowing down the warrior Behryn while the 3 others lash out on the “weaker” Rona and the page.
Also, as of Lingen’s duel with the Lady, is it not kind of like those duels in the Highlander franchise ? Inhumanly fast and technical, showing the prolonged experience of the combattants… 🙂
Seems the demons have no idea the page they desire is right in front of them (where they should have no trouble grabbing him).
It appears they have no idea what the page looks like.
I noticed Rona’s stance (and the backhand). I was commenting on the demons’ obviously ignoring the ‘monkey’ being right in front of them.
He’s not exactly invisible, you know.
It’s traditional to yell out “hand over the [person/item]” you want even if it’s right in front of you, and within easy reach if the person who “owns” it is present.
So, looks like the eye color inconsistency i was talking about in this page

was in fact on first panel, not the big panel like i though.

Ooops, that was me just before. xD

Not really. Even Rona is fighting to protect him. Check how her fist is : this is a backward punch to the face
@anon oh good I wasn’t the only one who noticed.

My point was : they can see him alright. They just can’t reach him with Rona protecting him. 😉

I don’t think she’s punching the demons, that’s an arm position for running the heck away.
