“If you’re enjoying the work of our current art team…”. Does this imply that this might not be the permanent team? I still like the original artwork best, and it is a pity that the writer had to fire that artist. Office politics in a one man operation can be brutal.
No implication intended. But “permanent” doesn’t really mean much in the scheme of things. The long-term future of the comic itself is hardly certain (due to factors underlined elsewhere). Beyond the conclusion of the current storyline, nothing’s guaranteed, really.
