Peace Time, Pg 8
Thanks for reading “Peace Time”.
In our next tale, The Disappeared, a psychic channeler, possessed by spirits of extinct animals, is pursued by a group of militant ghost-hunters who view him as a menace to society… unaware that another, perhaps far greater, paranormal threat happens to be in their midst – the ethereal death-dealer known as the Nameless Lady in the Hood. A deadly game of cat-and-mouse ensues… but who’s hunting whom?
The Disappeared is available as an ebook for Kindle, as well as in PDF and CBZ formats as part of the collected volume, Demon Corridor.
All I can say is good luck, I’m a little out of date on my string theory, having fun at Wikipedia
So, Rona thinks the Subrealm may be part of an expanded reality? I could believe that…
Man, I feel sorry for the Lady. I could not -imagine- having to spend half of my life with somone I viewed as an idiot.
I love how the Lady was ranting about peace and quiet, and then Jennifer is saying it’s /too/ quiet.
They really are opposites.
I noticed that the Lady has had symbols on her robe that weren’t there before….and in this comic, I noticed it matches Jen’s shirt.
I’ve also noticed there don’t seem to be any “mere coincidences” in this comic…
thank you SO MUCH for putting some amazing quantum mechanics in here.
love the comic, great artistry, and the plot is phenomenal. congratulations 🙂
Coincidences are rare in any literature not fiction. If fact I like orchestrating them in my own works. But then everything is related and what came before makes things what they are and influence that which has yet to be.
to paraphrase Trent Lane: “It count’s as practicing as long as you don’t let the guitar slip” 😀
I really sympatize with the lady here, I know all too well how horrible it is when all you want is to be alone and have some peace and quiet and constantly be denied. :/
