I believe the quote being used to guilt-trip Rona was spoken by her own self earlier in the comic…guess she’s feeling like quite the hypocrite right about now.
That seems like an apt assessment, void. She knows that mortals can’t be expected to live up to her standards. From the way she’s talking, it sounds like she no longer expects any more from Rona either. She looks a tad disappointed, and perhaps worried… but not angry. Then again, it’s rare to see the lady actually display anger, no? People she dislikes are more likely to get an earful of scathing contempt.
Withering scorn would be another name for it. But that’s what I’ve noticed; the Lady seems to look down on everyone, and if someone does something she doesn’t like, she just seems to decide they’re a total fool and deserve to be treated as such. (The scary thing is, that assessment generally seems to be correct.)

The lady doesn’t seem too please, does she?
Odd thing that, but the Lady looks no more angered than one would be at a cute little toddler smearing his/her own face with jam. 😐

Scathing contempt… haha, I like that.
Hello Mr. Chen.
