Yeah… amidst the crowd in that last panel, that’s Zhiro from the comic LeyLines, part of the SpiderForest collective.
And speaking of SpiderForest, a warm welcome to its new members! They are Demon Hunter Kain, Snow by Night, The Iron Clad Man, Karnellium, Sombulus, and Adrastus. I recognized Zhiro right off the bat! Awesome!
I like that this creature isn’t some villainous thing…just some poor misplaced creature not understanding what it’s doing there!
I too recognized Zhiro right away. That red crest of his kinda stands out.
As Jen said, the beast is more harmful to itself than others, but it can still ruin your day. Yet another reason why half-assed irresponsible magic users need to smacked down into some kind of training or schooling before they lay waste to the world.
I haven’t been here before, but dropping Zhiro in was a good way to get me to check it out. 🙂
